With 8 years of lifting experience and a deep-rooted passion for understanding the human body, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others unlock their full potential. My journey has led me to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, a certification in personal training and nutrition, and I’m currently completing my Master’s in Physical Therapy.
Whether you’re working toward fitness goals or recovering from an injury, my mission is simple: to help you become the strongest, healthiest version of yourself.
On a personal note, I’m also a competitive powerlifter. The sport has been a transformative outlet for me, not just physically, but mentally. It’s helped me overcome struggles with body image and eating disorders, and it’s empowered me to grow both as an athlete and as a person. That mindset of personal growth and resilience is something I bring into every coaching relationship.
I’m here to support more than just your workouts! We’ll also address the lifestyle, mindset, and habits that influence your progress. I’m excited to be part of your journey and to help you achieve goals that go beyond the gym.
Let’s build something powerful—inside and out.

I’ve been immersed in strength training for over a decade. My passion for training and performance-based nutrition began at age 15 after suffering a hockey injury. During the recovery process, I started going to the gym to rebuild strength and I’ve never looked back. What began as rehab quickly turned into a deep love for lifting, building muscle, and pushing my body to get as strong as humanly possible.
In 2018, I competed in my first powerlifting meet. From that point on, everything I did was focused on progressing for the next competition. I went on to achieve an 859 lb (390 kg) squat, which was the #1 all-time junior squat in Canada at the time, along with a 474 lb (215 kg) bench press and a 661 lb (300 kg) deadlift in competition—all before the age of 23. I’ve also hit a 402 lb overhead press in training and a 725 lb deadlift with straps.
More recently, my goals have shifted toward improving body composition. I’ve dropped from a peak competitive weight of 365 lbs to a current bodyweight of 235 lbs, applying the same discipline and work ethic that powerlifting instilled in me.
Whether your goal is to prepare for a competition, build muscle, improve body composition, or just get stronger overall—I’ve been there, I’ve done it, and I’ll show you how to do it too.
